  I've never read this series before, but it has been recommended to me multiple times and I have always thought books with a good/evil sort of theme were interesting. Also, I have always loved books with that sort of "school stuff", like Harry Potter.

  My school library has had these books for a long time, but every time I ask for one they already have been checked out. Winning the entire series would mean I wont have to bother my librarian everytime we go to the library.
