Once she was Eon, a girl disguised as a boy, risking her life for the chance to become a Dragoneye apprentice. Now she is Eona, the Mirror Dragoneye, her country’s savior ― but she has an even more dangerous secret. She cannot control her power. Each time she tries to bond with her Mirror Dragon, she becomes a conduit for the ten spirit dragons whose Dragoneyes were murdered by Lord Ido. Their anguish floods through her, twisting her ability into a force that destroys the land and its people. And another force of destruction is on her trail. Along with Ryko and Lady Dela, Eona is on the run from High Lord Sethon’s army. Sethon has declared himself Emperor. In order to stop him, the renegades must find Kygo, the young Pearl Emperor, who needs Eona’s power if he is to wrest back his throne. Eona, with its pulse-pounding drama, thrilling fight scenes, sizzling tension ― and many surprises ― brings to a close an epic story.

This is the sequel of the book Eon. Eona is the real name of this character. This book is awesome!!! Their are so much actions taking place and there are all kinds of people I this story. This story takes place in Asia which is rare in a English book. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is the book after Eon. Eona is found out to be a girl, and she has to run away from Sethon, who is trying to usurp the throne. They then try and help Kygo, the real emperor to take the throne back. She also finds out that the other dragoneyes were killed and she has to bear the anguish of the dragons. The main characters were Eona and Kygo. The main problem that Eona had is that she has to bear all the ten dragon's anguish instead of only one which is what she is trained for. I recommend this book to people who like adventure and also people who like books set in Imperial China.

the second book is sooo epic and awesome. So much battles, narrow escapes, fighting, and so on. I love all the dragons and emperor stuff. The book is just...thrilling. if someone says the book is horrible, they are insane.

the second book is sooo epic and awesome

Judging by the first book in this trilogy, Eona is going to be pretty good. I have my fingers crossed!
