This is a book written by the author Alex Finn, and it is a retelling of the Beauty and and the Beast story. I really like how this book also focuses on the Beast's perspective. I gave it 5 stars becuase it is fun to read and a great refreshing book that reminds you of your child hood for older readers.

The classic story of Beauty and the Beast, infused with modern times. Kyle Kingston, a pretty boy with a famous news anchor dad is turned into a beast, due to his ego. In the harsh environment known as school, looks do matter, but what do they say behind your back. I just hope you didn't miss the beauty boat. With his twisted attitude, he'll have to do something he has never done before, be nice. Can he win the girls heart with that face and personality, or is there something deeper within him?
i really enjoyed this book. its about this guy kylie who is really man and snotty. he always brags about his good looks and how he is popular. but than he asked out this really ugly fat goth girl to the dance. her name is Kendra. but kylie is just tricking Kendra by kissing Sloane his girlfriend right in front of Kendra. but then Kendra puts a spell on kylie and turn him into a beast. He didnt know Kendra was a which till he turned into the beast. the only way to break the spell is to have a true love kiss in 2 years. read the book to find out what happens
You guys should read other Alex Flinn books like a kiss in time or Cloaked I read those after I read these.
