When New York heiress Leona Helmsley, (a.k.a, Queen of Mean) died recently, her family discovered that one of the biggest beneficiaries in her will was - her eight-year old Maltese dog, Trouble!

In order to ensure that Trouble could continue living the life of luxury he is accustomed to, she left him a whopping $12mm USD! And, the little dog is going to need every penny!

That's because Trouble, who currently lives in a 28-room mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut not only likes his meals specially prepared for him, but also, prefers to be hand fed by one of Ms. Helmsley's employees! That's because once in a while, just for fun, this rotten little dog likes to nip some fingers!

Ms. Helmsley also requested that when Trouble dies, he be buried alongside her, so that they can be together in eternity.

While $12 million dollars is a large amount (especially for a dog), this constitutes a very small portion of Leona Helmsley’s total wealth. The owner of several hotels, including the famous New York Helmsley, her total wealth was estimated to be over $2.5 billion!
